This Arctic White 5x3m Garden Room completed recently in Perth, Scotland looks resplendent in its settings.
It was installed using a ground screw base as its built on a hill, a big thanks to Found & Frame for instaling this for us.
Specifications include pressure treated timber frames, breather membranes, PIR insulation and James Hardy White Cladding. A Firestone rubberised roofing system was fitted along with Rehaus argon gas filled windows and doors with a black outer and white internal finish. Electrics were ran to the build and LED spots for lighting, double plug sockets and an electric heater were all installed. LVT flooring in a rich walnut finish was fitted and the internal walls were professionally plastered.
To be used as an office to work from plus a space to enjoy the wonderful views from once the work is done.
