Our Garden Rooms are built onto a strong insulated Ground Screw foundation providing a solid and level base for your build.
Installed much faster than concrete and without the need to dig up or damage your garden you'll be enjoying your new room sooner than you thought.
Installation of Groundscrew Foundations:
1. On arrival to your property our team will mark out your build and pinpoint the locations for your ground screw foundation.
2. A visual check will be carried out and a scan for services, we will then predrill each location and position the specified ground screws for your build.
3. Using our installation machine, shown in the video, the ground screw at the highest point of land will be installed setting the level.
4. The remaining screws are then installed to laser accuracy.
5. Brackets, subframe and fittings are then installed.
